Contact Centre Advisors
As the first point of contact for our customers, our contact centre advisors are there to reassure them that they are in safe and competent hands.
Above all, our customers want to know they can get their vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.
Located at one of our contact centres, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with customers in a range of situations, particularly during busy periods, such as peak holiday periods.
You will ascertain the customer’s situation, their location and whether they need a mobile technician or will have to be booked into one of the 108 fitting centres. Your objective is to resolve the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring the customer is happy at all times.
National Windscreens prides itself on the quality of its customer service, and that is a critical part of the role.
