About the job

• Supplied with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, you will be working at one of our welcoming branches or be provided with a fully kitted out van to support our branch network out on the road.

• With the latest technology, you will be repairing and replacing automotive glass, also using advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and have full access to a training team supporting you with new technologies.

• Working alongside talented colleagues, you will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, by providing the highest of standards in technical quality and service.

• You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.

• There are excellent opportunities for personal growth, at your own pace, as you move through the grading structure to become an A+& ADAS technician, and/or to be a mentor as part of our training team or a move into management roles. All our senior management team were technicians previously, so they know exactly how to support you.

About you

You are an enthusiastic and energetic individual who is eager to join a dynamic fast growing company, where people are the heart of our business. As an accredited technician you have gained excellent customer service skills, with a critical eye for details always wanting to deliver on quality. As our work is both branch-based and mobile, a driving license is essential as you will be travelling to customer locations within your designated area. You must be comfortable with physical work and driving to meet the customer at their location. Please note that we perform standard pre-employment checks including: Right to work, Identity and a basic criminal record check.
